Newborn Screening & Early Diagnosis

We screen newborns using rapid, WHO-approved point-of-care devices that deliver results in under 10 minutes. No long waits. No lost-to-follow-up. Impact: 300+ babies screened in under 12 months.

Family Education & Genetic Counseling

We don’t just deliver results—we walk with families. Our trained counselors provide education on SCD, inheritance patterns, and reproductive options. Why it matters: Many families don’t know their sickle cell status until after complications occur.

Treatment Enrollment & Continuity of Care

Children diagnosed with SCD are immediately linked to care, including hydroxyurea therapy, pain management, and malaria prevention. We provide follow-up reminders, digital records, and appointment tracking through our SALTED App. Goal: No child falls through the cracks.

Nurse Training & Master Trainer Program

We equip frontline health workers with knowledge and tools through our 3-day training sessions. Our master trainers then support quality implementation across facilities. 50+ nurses trained and counting.

Digital Health Tools (The SALTED App)

Our mobile-based platform helps clinics log screening data, track follow-ups, manage payment plans, and support patient enrollment—all in real-time. Smart tech for smarter care.

Community Support & Advocacy
